A friend's daughter turns 2 in a few weeks, I am feeling quite organised having made her present already. Her mum is not really into pink so I chose this cotton from Spotlight, I think it works well with the spots.
I had a play around with my blog last week, but I am thinking that it might be a bit too pink. Might have to fix that.
Ok now I really need the motivation to go and cut out a Margaret bag for my sister, not so organised with that gift, it is her birthday next Sunday and the bag needs to get to Japan!

Oh that is such a sweet little dress I am sure the little Birthday girl will love it & her Mum will too. Hey what is a Margaret Bag & I have a sibling in the UK and I never seem to get the gifts made and sent on time I say it is due to being a mother!!!!!

thanks for your lovely comments on my quilt...I used the material obsession quilt book, quilt is called Candy Shop, which is the best as the beginners quilts are plenty and there are so many modern but simple to follow quilts! I love the book and since this is my first quilt that isn't just scraps made into a dolls or lap quilt I'm happy with the results!

Oooh this is just adorable! The spots work perfectly with the fabric, I have some similar here, but doesn't have as much blue in it I think. Well done of being organised nice and early (what's your secret!!!).
I too have been trying to give my blog a bit of a facelift, but so far aren't happy with it so have been getting addicted to googling blog backgrounds lol!
