My first paid job - made for little Cate

Wow I am excited, I am not out to sell my sewing in large amounts, I have just offered the mums of girls in my real life mothers group some Christams clothes.
Stacie wanted something that could look Christmassy but also be worn before and after Christmas. I had this fabric already and Stacie loved it, it seemed perfect for what she wanted.
I am not sure how much to charge, the materials cost $10, but not sure I can charge much over $15. The lace trim really adds to the price, it was $3 alone.
Anyway here it is-

Andrea, that skirt is beautiful. I would say you could easily charge $20. I got Charlotte a skirt from PP earlier in the year (tiered) on special for $20 and it doesn't look as good as this.

Andrea - I would say $20 or maybe even $25 - $30 with a little matching top! Just an idea. Well done.

I'd say $20 too. She'll love it!

The skirt is adorable. I agree with the others and would mark it as $20 - $25. I find that when people know that it has been handcrafted and unique then it is much better than buying one for $10 at one of the chain stores.

Thanks girls, I asked for $20 and Stacie was more than happy with that. I have definitely underpriced the dresses, we will see how I can get around that.

That is gorgeous - I agree with everyone else, you are underselling yourself!
